Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of farmlocal.life and the Farm::Local beta program, provided by Project Almanac Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the beta, you agree to them.

The beta

Farm::Local is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and access is granted at our discretion. We will announce when beta invites roll out. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invite, and the service is provided "as is" while we build it.

Your account and information

Give us accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Farm::Local for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
• Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or other accounts.
• Do not misrepresent your products, your farm, or where your food comes from.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit, such as listings, photos, and messages. You give us permission to host and display it as needed to run Farm::Local.

Fees

The beta is currently free. If we introduce fees, we will tell you clearly before you are charged. Details on how pricing is planned are on our pricing page.

Our content

The Farm::Local name, logo, site design, and software belong to Project Almanac Inc. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the site and beta without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost profits or data arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending access

You can stop using Farm::Local at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to change or end the beta.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
