Is there really no monthly fee?
Correct. We charge zero monthly or annual fees. You only pay a percentage when a transaction processes. If you don't sell, you don't pay us anything.
Can I use all three tools together?
Yes. You can run your CSA, use the POS at markets, and list on the marketplace simultaneously. Each channel has its own fee — you only pay for what you actually use.
Do I need Stripe or Square accounts separately?
For the POS, you'll need a Stripe or Square account for payment processing. We integrate directly with both. For CSA and Marketplace, payments are handled through farmlocal.life's built-in processing.
What does the 9% CSA fee include?
Everything: member management, automated billing, member portal, delivery scheduling, email/SMS reminders, and waitlist management. No add-ons, no upsells.
What does the 6% Marketplace fee include?
The 6% includes payment processing, platform access, buyer discovery, and order management. No additional payment processor fees are charged on marketplace sales.
Are there any other hidden fees?
No. No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no data export fees. The only fee is the percentage we listed above.
